Original Aircraft Skin / Aviationtag / A320 Aer Lingus A320 EI-CVC
The green color variant of the Aviationtag EI-CVC Edition brings the story of the Airbus A320 MSN 1443 back in its most Irish form. The aircraft was built in 2001, when EI-CVC was delivered to Aer Lingus with the baptismal name “St. Kealin / Caoilfhionn” and remained with the Irish airline for its entire active life. From Dublin, it served classic city connections to London, Manchester, or Amsterdam, as well as holiday destinations around the Mediterranean and the Canary Islands.
As one of the A320s in the well-known Aer Lingus livery, EI-CVC was a constant companion for many travelers on business trips and holiday flights. In 2024, its career ended with the transfer to St. Athan, where the aircraft skin of MSN 1443 was secured for upcycling. From this material, the green Aviationtag is now created, making the memory of the Shamrock era tangible. Each aircraft tag is handcrafted from the original aircraft skin, cut and refined. The rich green shows fine traces from daily operations, slight shading, and subtle signs of wear. Thus, each aircraft tag becomes a very personal piece of Aer Lingus history, directly linked to EI-CVC “St. Kealin / Caoilfhionn.”
