What can I order?
All articles which are listed at Clevelands. You will find the different manufacturers on the left side of the Clevelands website. Please pay attention to the notes at the articles:
In Stock = available - can be ordered
Awaiting Stock = announced/reordered - can be ordered
Out of Stock = item is sold out and can no longer be ordered

What are the prices?
We are happy to provide our CH prices of individual items upon request.

How can I order?
You can order by email (we need your name, address, contact, item number, item name and quantity) or come by our store in Oberglatt.

How do I get the ordered items?
You can choose whether you want to pick them up at our store in Oberglatt or have them sent to you by mail (Switzerland only: from CHF 10.00 Economy + Registered; from CHF 12.00 Priority + Registered). In this case, we will send you an invoice electronically after the ordered items have arrived at our premises.
As the articles are ordered especially for you, we reserve the right to ask non-regular customers to pay in advance when ordering.

How long are the delivery times?
We receive a delivery from England approximately every 3-4 weeks. Please note that announced novelties can sometimes have long delivery times.
