Please pay attention to these instructions for advance orders of announced novelties:
As a rule, we are not able to provide delivery dates. Any delivery dates given are not binding and may change at any time.
 
We recommend NOT to order an announced new release model together with available articles and/or other announced new release models (except Phoenix, NG Models and Gemini Jets, as these are usually delivered within one month). The delivery of announced novelties, even from the same manufacturer, can be very different in time. Mixed shipping orders which are paid by card/Paypal will only be shipped when ALL items are available. Therefore you have to count sometimes with very long waiting periods.

We recommend that you choose the payment method "prepayment" for announced novelties. You do not pay anything when ordering but receive a payment invitation from us by e-mail or post if one or more items are available. Payments with credit card and Paypal will be charged immediately after receipt of order. The shipping will be done only when ALL items are available!

Orders for pickup at the shop in Oberglatt:
You will receive an e-mail when an article is ready for pickup.
 
Orders against advance invoice:
Do not pay anything after ordering. When the articles have arrived, you will receive an advance invoice by e-mail (or by post if this has been ordered)
 
Payment by credit card/debit card/Paypal:
The charge is made after receipt of the order. As soon as ALL items of your order are available, the shipment will take place.

Mixed orders (deliverable/announced) are handled as follows:
Pick up from the shop in Oberglatt:
You will receive an e-mail when items are ready for pickup. Items ready for pickup are reserved for you for 14 days.
 
Shipping with advance invoice:
You will receive an advance invoice by e-mail (or by post if so ordered) for the available items. When announced articles arrive you will receive another invoice with the shipping costs.
 
Shipping with payment by credit card/debit card/Paypal:
The charge will be made after receipt of order. The order will be shipped when ALL items of your order are available. Therefore you may have to expect very long waiting times. We recommend the version "Advance invoice" instead
